Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and taya387 ("the Company", "we", "us"). Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the taya387 platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds therein will be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
By registering an account on taya387, you represent and warrant that:
taya387 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the Player's age and identity at any time. Required documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's licence, or national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the taya387 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
When registering, Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including their legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials and must notify taya387 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to their account.
taya387 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, including applicants from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.
Accounts must be operated solely by the registered account holder. Sharing, transferring, or selling an account is prohibited. taya387 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player sharing their login credentials with a third party.

Withdrawal requests are processed by taya387 within the timeframes advertised on the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within approximately 7 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
taya387 reserves the right to conduct identity verification ("KYC") before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing until all required documentation has been received and approved. The Company may withhold withdrawals pending investigation where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. If this is not possible, taya387 will process the withdrawal to a verified payment method registered in the Player's name.

In the event of any conflict between Promotion Terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the Promotion Terms shall prevail with respect to that specific promotion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, taya387's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
taya387 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) any loss of data or goodwill; (c) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (d) losses arising from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, network outages, or cyberattacks; or (e) losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. taya387 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material affecting the Player's device.
taya387 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering on the Platform, Players consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
taya387 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect Players' personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Players may exercise their data subject rights (including the right of access, correction, erasure, and objection) by contacting taya387's Data Protection Officer at the contact details provided in the Privacy Policy.
taya387 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via email to the registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days before the changes take effect (or immediately where required by law or regulatory directive).
Continued use of the taya387 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the amended Terms, they must immediately cease use of the Platform and may request closure of their account.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, Players agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting taya387's customer support team. taya387 will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within 30 calendar days of receiving a written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.
